Social Media Accounts & Support

Social Media Accounts & Support

At this stage of development, the most valuable way to support my work is by sharing my content with friends, following my social media accounts, and joining the website as a free member to engage with posts and provide feedback. Your participation and feedback mean a lot and help immensely as I continue to grow and improve.

If you feel inclined to offer financial support, it’s truly appreciated but not at all necessary. Your involvement, whether through sharing, subscribing, or commenting, is already a huge help and is deeply valued. Thank you for being a part of this journey!

Social Accounts

  • @IndieGameDad - Instagram Account, this account will be to share shorts and the odd regular post just linking back to the website here.
  • @IndieGameDad - Youtube Account, this account will be used to host videos related to posts here, shorts tailored to quick tutorials for the tools I use to garner social engagement, Game Previews and demos as progress is made and maybe in the future, full length tutorials.

I have also created an X which is simply IndieGameDadx as well as Discord, however the Discord is not ready to be published, I honestly don't think I will post on X for the time being.

Ways to Support Me Financially

Below are the current options for financially supporting my work. While these are entirely voluntary and not required at this time, I genuinely appreciate any support you choose to offer. Your contributions mean a lot, and I’m deeply thankful for your generosity.

Upgrade to a Paid Membership

If you’d like to financially support my work, you can upgrade your membership from Free to Paid. This will involve a monthly or annual subscription. In the future, I plan to offer exclusive content to Paid Subscribers, similar to platforms like Patreon, but without restricting access to any of my regular devlog updates. Please note, this feature isn’t set up yet, and it won’t be a priority in the immediate future. For now, the paid membership simply offers a way for you to support my work while still having access to all content—just like the free membership.

Tip Jar - Powered by Stripe

I’ve also added a Tip Jar through Stripe, which is the same payment processor used for the paid memberships. This feature is built directly into Ghost, the platform I use for this website. The Tip Jar allows for one-time contributions to support the project and my ongoing development.
